Aurum Group of companies will invest about 50 million hryvnias in the development of vertical production chain of agricultural products
In 2018, Aurum Group plans to invest about 50 million hryvnias in the development of agribusiness, a new direction for the group, as it was reported to LIGA.net by the founder of the group Alona Lebedieva.
She specified that “Aurum Group” had been growing only cereals and a range of niche crops, such as flax, mustard and millet before 2018. However, taking into consideration the market conditions, the company intends to shift focus on and put efforts into the development of its own high-value-added product.
In particular, the company plans to build the whole production network starting from cultivation, storage and processing of agricultural products.
Besides, Aurum Group plans to invest about 100 million hryvnias in the development of private railway rolling stock fleet.
According to the founder of the group, hopper-grain carriers of model 19-9945 are manufactured by one of the group enterprises – LLC Dyzelnyi plant, the capacities of which allow to manufacture up to 250 grain carriers every year.
