“Run for the sake of little hearts” – under this slogan the current charity event “Chestnut run” took place in Kyiv.

Aurum Group team together with about 13,000 citizens of Kyiv covered the distance of 5 km and joined to fundraising in order to purchase medical equipment for the Scientific and Practical Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

“For our company, participation in the annual charity event “Chestnut Run” is already a good tradition,” says Alona Lebedieva, the founder of Aurum Group. “National hospitals are in great need of comprehensive modernization, and such large-scale events make it possible to attract more and more people to the problem. Charity is becoming a norm in our society and this is very good.”

According to the Kyiv City State Administration, since 2002 Chestnut Run participants collected more than 437,000$, for which the necessary equipment and medical expendables were purchased.
